Homemade Dog Food for Puppies (Vet-Approved & Gentle)

A simple, limited-ingredient puppy food recipe using chicken, pumpkin, quinoa, and spinach. Vet-approved for gentle digestion and healthy growth.
Equipment
  • Medium pot (for boiling chicken)
  • Small pot (for quinoa)
  • Steamer or pan (for spinach)
  • - Mixing bowl
  • Measuring cups & spoons
Food ingredients
  
  • 1/2 cup chicken breast boiled & shredded
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped spinach
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
Operation steps
 
  • Boil chicken breast until fully cooked, shred into fine pieces.
  • Cook quinoa until soft and fluffy.
  • Lightly steam spinach, chop finely.
  • In a bowl, combine chicken, pumpkin, quinoa, spinach, and coconut oil. Mix well.
  • Allow mixture to cool before serving to your puppy.

• Feed in small portions; adjust based on your puppy’s weight and vet advice.
• Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze in single servings.
